And so it is.

Haven’t we all been through that one particular phase in our lives when the walls of our rooms were covered with posters and scrap books were full of crazy and equally lame stuff. When there used to be a collective obsession to buy cassettes which grew into a phase that made CDs look so much sexier.  There was always something to collect; cricket cards, Pokemon cards, Disney stationary. The thing that made us collect like mad bower birds. Was it an attempt to preserve and thus prove that history existed in our small lives when adulthood was a thing to be aspired; or was it to prove that there was at least one place where things could be our way, our kind.

And then I think, it’s all bullshit to look into your old stuff. Some things must remain in their rightful place. In boxes above the closet that is.
